Top 5 Strengths

The CliftonStrengths Assessment by Gallup® is composed of 177 questions that helps you discover your talents and what you naturally do best, learn how to develop your greatest talents into strengths, and use your personalized results and reports to maximize your potential. According to Gallup®, "the assessment measures your talents - your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving  - and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes."
